作成した動画を配信するには、PodcastingJuiceを利用し、iTunes経由で視聴者の皆様のiPodにダウンロードできるようにするとさらに効果的です。
１、「RSS2.0フィード」の設定
RSSとは、ブログやホームページが更新された時に、ユーザーの皆様に更新されたタイトル概要をいち早く知らせてくれるものです。
MovableTypeには、ポッドキャストでの更新に使われる「RSS2.0フィード」が標準装備されてないため、以下リンクの様に設定を別途行う必要があります。
MovableType4.2以降でRSS２．０のフィードを配信する
２、iPodで視聴可能ファイルの別途設定
動画ファイル変換ソフト Win:BatchDOO!、Mac:ffMpegX またはiSquintを用いて、以下のように設定を行い、ファイル変換を行います。
３、サーバーへのアップロード
別途格納するフォルダを設け、１、で変換したファイルをFTP通信ソフトを用い、以下写真のように当該フォルダへアップロードします。

４、視聴者の方への、iPodファイルダウンロード設定
「HTMLタグ記述モード」に切り替えた後、ワンクリックでホームページ上から視聴できるファイル（FLV）の記述に加え、iPod用ファイルの存在を示す以下一文を記述します。

※サーバー上での"public_html" の部分は絶対に記述しないでください！
これで問題なく視聴者のiPodへダウンロード配信ができるようになります。
