ファイルを受け取る時にウィンドウがビデオチャットの裏に隠れてしまっていたりします。
ノート型のMacBookや、マウスで
Exposé（えくすぽぜ）という機能を使うとすぐに全てのウィンドウが
並びますので、それで探しやすくなります。四本指（タッチ）で下向きにす
るなどです。
また黄色のボタンで最小化した場合はDock（どっく）の横に並びます。ゴミ箱付近にそうやって一時的に
小
さく（見えなく）したものがありますので
（という所でうっかりと三本指操作で前のページに戻してしまい作成中の記事が消えましたが
下書き自動保存のお世話になり復活してほっとしました。）
そちらに隠れている場合もありますね。
またiChatのように一つ
のアプリで複数のウィンドウを持つ場合は一番上のバーに
ウィンドウという項目がありますので、そこをクリックするとすぐに別のウィンドウ（例えば
別人とのチャット）
へ行くことができます。これはメンバー一覧や、ファイル送信も同じです。
Safari等ブラウザのダウンロード履歴と似ていると思います。違いは送信履歴もあるという 事ですね。
虫眼鏡？マークを押すとFinderの窓が開いて確かめることができます。
