②変換形式の選択
変換形式の選択は、右側中段の「To」と書いてあるところをクリックすると一覧が現れます。
その中から、「FLV（Flash Video）」を選びます。
そうすると以下のようになります。右下の「encode」を押すと「FLV」形式に変換されますが、
そのままではすごく画質が悪いものとなってしまいます。
③「Video」設定変更
画質を少しでも良い状態に保持するため、赤○で示した「Video」をクリックします。
そうすると以下の画面が現れます。
緑○：「ビットレート」の調整。
Web上で流してある程度の見栄えのある画質にするためには「500 kbit/s」以上の値にしておきましょう。
青□：「ビデオの解像度、フレームレート」の調整。
Video Size（ビデオサイズ）:横ドット×縦ドット の解像度
Autosize（オートサイズ）:画面の横×縦のアスペクト比率
Framerate（フレームレート）:１秒間当りの画面書き換えコマ数
青□の欄で一番重要なのは、「フレームレート」です。特に動作の激しい被写体を録画した際に顕著に現れます。出来るだけフレームレートは高めに設定しておきましょう。
設定終了後に右下の「Encode」（エンコード）を押すと、めでたく動画が変換されます。
