旧正月といえば、中国大陸では爆竹を派手にならす事で知られています。
以下の面白いネタ映像を見つけましたのでご報告します。

ここにきて、新手の中国産「爆竹」が登場しました。

中国人民銀、預金準備率0.5％上げ　１年７カ月ぶり

　【北京＝高橋哲 史】中国人民銀行（中央銀行）は12日、市中銀行から吸い上げる資金量の比率を示す預金準備率を0.5％引き上げると発表した。18日から実施する。引き 上げは2008年６月以来、１年７カ月ぶり。カネ余りの深刻化で資産バブルやインフレの懸念が台頭しており、市場の余った資金の吸収を強化する姿勢を鮮明 にする。

　預金金利と貸出金利は現行のまま据え置いた。中国共産党・政府は10年も「適度に緩和的な金融政策」を続けると表明しており、今回の預 金準備率の引き上げも金融緩和策の微修正と位置付けている。人民銀は銀行に融資拡大を促す構えを変えておらず、金融緩和策を本格的に転換するのは年後半に なるとの見方が大勢だ。

中国、住宅２軒目は「頭金40％以上」義務付け　投機規制

　【北京＝高橋哲史】中国国務院（政府）は11日までに、投機的な住宅購入の抑制を指示する通知を全国に出した。２軒目の住宅購入について、頭金として初 めに購入価格の40％以上を支払うことを義務付けるほか、銀行に金利を高めに設定するよう促すのが柱。住宅価格の高騰で市民の不満は高まっており、バブル 予防へ投機的な不動産取引の規制を強化する。

　通知は「一部の都市で住宅価格が過度に上昇するなどの問題が生じており、高度に重視する必要がある」と指摘した。

　頭金比率の規制は2007年に中国人民銀行（中央銀行）など金融当局が導入したが、これまで厳格に実施されてこなかった経緯がある。国務院の通知に格上げすることで強制力を高め、銀行融資が投機的な住宅投資に流れ込むのを阻止する。(01:35)

・・・いやー、これ、平成２年に実施してバブル崩壊・今に続く不景気の元凶となった「総量規制」の中国版じゃ・・・グローバル化が一気に進んだ現在では、ラビ・バトラが警告した崩壊現象がまるで爆竹をならしたように発生するのではないかと思われます。


昨年１２月のコミックマーケット、今年１月のコミックシティーに引き続き、２月１４日に開催されるコミティアにて知り合いの「橘研究所」が出展することになりました。折しも２月１４日は旧正月。JALもアレな事になっていそうですから、でっかい「爆竹」が誘爆される前に対策を講じた方がよさそうです。
