"ポッドキャスト"とは？
ポッドキャストを使う事で、既存マスコミでは取りこぼす事が多い有用な内容や、一部の人にとっては極めて有益な内容の音声や動画を、「自分のラジオ／テレビ局」の感覚で全世界に向けて発信することが可能となります。

飛燕放送局では、自然、地域の伝統文化、家庭菜園での栽培様子、時事報道解説、知られざる映像などなど、多種多様な内容を、皆様の参加で一緒につくりあげていくことを目指しております。
なお、本格始動までには、サーバー等の設定で手間取っており今しばらくお時間を頂きたくお願い申し上げます。
"ポッドキャスト"とは？
ポッドキャスト（英表記:Podcast）とは、インターネット上で音声や動画のデータファイルを公開する方法の1つであり、オーディオやビデオでのウェブログ（ブログ）として位置付けられている。
ポッドキャストとは、Webサーバ上にマルチメディア・データファイル（音声データ・動画データなど）をアップロードし、RSSを通してWWW上に公開すること。その内容は、個人のブログと同様のものもあれば、テーマに基づいた対談などもあり、多岐に渡る。
ポッドキャストは、アップル社のポータブルマルチメディアプレーヤーであるiPod（アイポッド）と、"放送"を意味するbroadcast（ブロードキャスト）を組み合わせた造語である。[1]元々は『iPodなどの携帯プレイヤーに音声データファイルを保存して聴く事が可能な放送（配信）番組』という意味で名付けられた。配信に利用されている音声データファイルのほとんどは標準的なMP3形式のオーディオファイルであるため、iPodに限らず、MP3オーディオファイルを保存して再生できる全てのデジタルオーディオプレーヤーで聴く事ができるというものであったが、現在ではMPEG 4やH.264形式の動画配信も含めて、ポッドキャストと呼ぶ。
一般的にはポッドキャスト（英表記:Podcast）という言葉でこの仕組み自体を指し、ポッドキャスティングはこの仕組みを利用して実際に配信を行うという行為を指すのに使われることが多い。またポッドキャスター(Podcaster)は、一般的にポッドキャストを放送（配信）している人物を指す。
